Howard Meltzer – Managing Partner
Howard has devoted his 25 years in the office-products industry to developing and managing sales representatives. As a rookie salesman right out of college, he was privileged to have teachers who inspired a lifelong passion for the art of salesmanship. And as he quickly rose in the dealer ranks, he developed an enthusiasm for passing on his skills to both rookies and veterans alike.
Howard has held various executive positions with manufacturers and independent dealers, growing hardware revenues and sales forces, and increasing bottom lines all around.
In 2002, Howard left his successful sales management career to launch SalesTiger, a portfolio of sales training and development programs designed to reinvigorate dealer performance by reviving fundamental selling skills, which began to deteriorate as digital products revolutionized the market and manufacturers virtually discontinued sales training. Howard recognized that this industry trend led to high turnover rates, which seriously diminished sales potential, and he seized the opportunity to put his talent for training into play again.
Today, this Tiger Woods of sales is reintroducing the essential principals of salesmanship to a generation of dealer reps who’ve probably never heard the term “FAB.” Howard is determined to pass on the excitement and satisfaction he finds in the art of the selling process, dedicated to turning our industry salespeople into successful, lifelong professionals.

George Janetakis – Managing Partner
George has over 25 years of experience in providing information technology and business solutions to fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium size businesses. His career has a research and development background but also included managing product lines and sales teams with revenue in excess of $250M.
After graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Computer Science he began his career in Information Technology. Only a year and a half out of college he was recruited by a fast growing "start-up" at the time Computer Associates (CA), to drive the quality assurance division for software program development. While at CA he held various senior management positions within research and development. CA realized that George was not satisfied with just being "behind the scenes" and he was called upon to drive the Marketing and Sales effort for a major part of the CA portfolio.
In 2003 he left CA to once again pursue his entrepreneurial dreams and start a company from the ground up and founded Digital Network Technology (DNT). This new business venture successfully delivers custom software solutions and consulting services to companies such as Hewlett Packard, Sprint, Continental Automotive Systems, CA, Symbol Technologies (now part of Motorola) and many others.
Now as part of the SalesTiger team, George’s efforts focus on leveraging the best technology and processes to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Bob Parks – Marketing Partner
A copier-industry marketing and distribution executive his entire career, Bob was a major player in the creation and development of dealer channels for Apeco and Minolta.
As Director of Marketing for Minolta, Bob pioneered a wide variety of dealer support and incentive programs that have become industry standards. When not setting high-water marks, he designed various copier products and produced a broad range of advertising and public relations campaigns at the national and local levels.
With Minolta well established over the course of his 12-year tenure, Bob joined Kentek, a network-printer start-up where he was instrumental in the design, development, manufacture and OEM distribution of a full line of heavy-duty fiber-optic printers for such companies as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens and Facit-Adler. After ten years as Vice President and taking the company public, Bob retired from Kentek to take care of his family in Florida.
While “retired,” SalesTiger’s resident Socrates of Sales works closely with management, handling an array of client marketing services and company development programs.
